Donnalyn Roxey
Donnalyn brings over 25 years of experience in leadership development, team building, and organizational change. Her expertise lies in creating high-performing teams, diagnosing innovative environments, and driving strategic alignment. She is a certified facilitator and coach, passionate about empowering individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.
Donnalyn is recognized by clients for her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to delivering tailored solutions. Her infectious enthusiasm and generosity make her an irreplaceable member of the Renaissance Teams family. Outside the office, Donnalyn and her husband embark on adventures in their converted 1998 school bus, often accompanied by their two dogs. Whether facilitating breakthroughs or exploring new horizons, Donnalyn thrives on collaboration and discovery.
Donnalyn holds a BS in Biological Sciences from University of Maryland, College Park and a MS in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State College of New York.
Ryan Hammer
Ryan is a dynamic facilitator and operational strategist with a passion for helping teams succeed. His expertise stems from a robust career in engineering and manufacturing operations leadership, including managing teams of up to 5,000 in diverse sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, and logistics. Holding a BS in Engineering Physics and an MBA, Ryan merges technical precision with strategic vision.
Over the past six years with Renaissance Teams, Ryan has energized teams to solve complex challenges using creative problem-solving techniques. Known for his calm patience and systems wizardry, he is the go-to person for making complex processes feel simple. Ryan also finds creative outlets in his stained-glass artistry at Studio 11, a Columbus makerspace, and as a passionate supporter of MLS soccer and the Columbus Crew. Whether driving innovation in the workplace or crafting intricate glass designs, Ryan exemplifies a commitment to excellence and creativity.
Sydnie Davis
Sydnie is a vibrant force of creativity with a keen eye toward a creative environment. Sydnie holds a degree in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Memphis. Her primary area of focus was on built environments that allow people and communities to thrive.
That expertise translates perfectly to the world of creativity, allowing Sydnie to craft impactful, participant-driven virtual and in-person creative environments. Whether facilitating workshops or designing your virtual venue, her enthusiasm and fresh perspectives make her a favorite among colleagues and clients alike.
