Intensive, facilitated sessions where your team tackles real business challenges using Creative Problem Solving methodology. These aren't traditional brainstorming meetings. They're structured experiences that move systematically from problem clarity to actionable solutions, with your team learning the methodology while solving problems that matter.
We design each workshop around your specific challenge, industry context, and team composition. Sessions blend divergent thinking (generating possibilities) with convergent thinking (making decisions), guided by facilitators who keep the process moving without imposing solutions.
Add team assessments (VIEW, KAI, or FourSight) to help participants understand their thinking preferences and leverage cognitive diversity during the session.

Creative Climate Assessment

When you need to understand what's helping or hindering innovation

A systematic diagnosis of your organization's creative climate using the Situational Outlook Questionnaire (SOQ). This research-validated tool measures nine dimensions that research shows either enable or inhibit innovation. You get data on how your teams experience the work environment, followed by strategic sessions to interpret findings and identify targeted interventions.
Team members complete the SOQ survey (typically 15-20 minutes). We analyze results, identify patterns, and facilitate strategy sessions where leaders interpret the data and design interventions. Follow-up assessments measure progress over time.
