Three ways we work with organizations

Each service is designed for a different type of challenge. Some organizations need one. Some need all three over time.

Process + Product

Innovation Workshop

When you need to move a complex challenge forward.

Intensive facilitated sessions where your team works on real business challenges using Creative Problem Solving methodology. Every workshop is designed around your specific situation — the challenge, the team, and the context. Participants work through the problem while learning the process.

Best for organizations that:

  • Are facing a complex challenge that needs structured thinking, not more opinions
  • Need to align diverse stakeholders around a shared direction
  • Have tried conventional approaches and need a different process
Intensive, facilitated sessions where your team tackles real business challenges using Creative Problem Solving methodology. These aren't traditional brainstorming meetings. They're structured experiences that move systematically from problem clarity to actionable solutions, with your team learning the methodology while solving problems that matter.
We design each workshop around your specific challenge, industry context, and team composition. Sessions blend divergent thinking (generating possibilities) with convergent thinking (making decisions), guided by facilitators who keep the process moving without imposing solutions.
Add team assessments (VIEW, KAI, or FourSight) to help participants understand their thinking preferences and leverage cognitive diversity during the session.

Climate Assessment for innovation and change

When you need to understand why innovation isn't taking hold.

A systematic diagnosis of your organization’s creative climate using the Situational Outlook Questionnaire (SOQ), a research-validated instrument that measures nine dimensions of the working environment. The assessment identifies what is supporting creative work and what is getting in the way.

Best for organizations that:

  • Have innovation initiatives that are not gaining traction and are not sure why
  • Sense cultural or environmental barriers but need data to confirm and locate them
  • Want a baseline before undertaking a culture change or restructuring effort
A systematic diagnosis of your organization's creative climate using the Situational Outlook Questionnaire (SOQ). This research-validated tool measures nine dimensions that research shows either enable or inhibit innovation. You get data on how your teams experience the work environment, followed by strategic sessions to interpret findings and identify targeted interventions.
Team members complete the SOQ survey (typically 15-20 minutes). We analyze results, identify patterns, and facilitate strategy sessions where leaders interpret the data and design interventions. Follow-up assessments measure progress over time.
